Healthtech engineering, built by people who have shipped healthtech before

Healthcare software that respects PHI, audit, and the real workflow of clinicians.

How Kiebot ships healthtech

Kiebot built Peditoh, our own pediatric healthtech product, so we know what it takes to ship software clinicians will actually use. HIPAA scoping, audit logs, role-based access, and a UX that respects the fact that doctors and nurses are in a hurry.

  • EMR-adjacent platforms that integrate with HL7 and FHIR feeds
  • Patient-facing apps for scheduling, reminders, and follow-up
  • Clinical decision-support tools with strict audit trails
  • Telehealth platforms with secure video, messaging, and prescription flows
  • Backoffice tools for claims, billing, and insurance reconciliation

Engineering signals you can audit

  • PHI tokenisation and encryption with a defined access boundary
  • Per-action audit trail kept in an immutable store
  • Role-based access plus break-glass workflows for emergencies
  • Latency tuned for clinic networks (often unreliable)

Compliance, in practice

HIPAA scoping, GDPR for EU patients, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the GCC equivalents. We sign BAAs, scope PHI tightly, and treat audit logs as a first-class artifact.

Frequently asked questions

Do Kiebot engineers sign BAAs?+

Yes. For HIPAA-scope work we sign mutual BAAs and our engineers complete role-specific HIPAA training before they touch PHI.

Can you integrate with an existing EMR?+

Yes. We have shipped HL7v2 and FHIR integrations against Epic-friendly endpoints and several smaller EMR vendors.

Do you build for in-clinic devices?+

For desktop clinic UIs, yes. For class II / III medical devices the regulatory load is more than we take on alone; we partner with a specialist.
