No. Federal work typically requires clearances, US person status and often FedRAMP authorised infrastructure. We have none of those and cannot get them as an India-based company without a US entity. That closes most of the Northern Virginia market to us, and it is better said immediately than discovered at a security review.

The software layer: capacity planning, monitoring and observability, operational dashboards, customer platforms and integration work. On BILRS we run multi-region AWS infrastructure with an SLO-led on-call practice. Facilities, power and physical infrastructure engineering is a different profession and not ours.
What does the Virginia privacy law require?+
Notice, opt-out rights and data protection assessments for certain processing, with obligations flowing to processors through contract. The engineering consequence is that an opt-out has to propagate through every downstream system rather than stopping at the front end, and that the assessment needs an accurate picture of where data actually goes. We build and document both.
