Why not staff everything from Bengaluru?+

Cost and attrition. Bengaluru has the deepest talent pool in India and also the highest salaries and the fastest job-switching. A pod staffed entirely from there is expensive and fragile. We blend Bengaluru engineers with people based in Kerala, which holds cost down and, more importantly, keeps continuity when the market gets hot.

Interview them yourself. We shortlist and support with a coding-task framework, but you make the decision. The signal we look for, and suggest you probe, is ownership of something in production: what broke, how they found it, what they changed afterwards.
