The engineering shape, yes. BILRS is a payments platform where settlement, reconciliation and failure handling are the core of the product, and instant settlement makes the reconciliation problem harder rather than easier because there is no window to correct a mistake. Pix specifically we have not integrated, and the local behaviour of a system with that adoption level is something we would learn rather than assume.

Brazil has strong engineers and we speak Portuguese. What is the case for you?+

Narrow. The domestic market is capable and shares your language and time zone. We are worth a conversation only for specialist capability, applied AI with real evaluation discipline or payments reliability engineering on a system already in production. For anything broader, hire in São Paulo.

Is the time difference workable?+

Partly. At 8.5 hours, your morning is our evening, so the shared window is a few hours at the start of your day. We staff an overlap shift for it and run the rest asynchronously.
