Frequently asked questions

Can you build certified billing software for Portugal?+

Not as a certified product, no. Portuguese rules require billing software to be certified by the tax authority and we hold no such certification. What we can do is build systems that integrate with certified billing components, and handle SAF-T PT reporting and ATCUD requirements around them. If you need the certified billing engine itself, you need a Portuguese certified provider and we would work alongside them.

Portugal already has strong engineers. What is the case for you?+

Specialisation and availability at the senior end. Local demand has pushed up rates and made experienced engineers harder to secure quickly. Where we are worth considering is specific capability, applied AI with evaluation discipline, payments engineering, reliability work, rather than general capacity. For general capacity, hiring locally is usually the better answer.

Do you serve Brazilian operations too?+

We can, but the time zones pull in opposite directions and that should be planned deliberately. India is far ahead of Brazil, so a team supporting both Portugal and Brazil from India gets good overlap with Lisbon and very little with São Paulo. If Brazilian coverage matters equally, the staffing model needs to reflect it rather than assuming one team serves both comfortably.
